MATERIALS
Mashed sweet potatoes and beetroot.
An edible prop to look like raw meat made by Henrietta as Art Department Assistant and Cake/Food Stylist on the short film ‘Eat’. It was crafted using mashed sweet potato and beetroot, which was formed into a steak shape, fried to make it hold its shape, and then frozen. Once unfrozen, it could be sliced just like raw steak.

Four children hope to make it through a family meal without incident by adhering to the strict etiquette set by their intimidating mother. The children also have another concern... what's being served?
